Exchanges/returns/cancellations ●Returns

1) Defects
If your item has defects such as tear or fray, we would accept return.
Please send us screenshots of the defects before you ship the item to us.
We'll check the defects and will send you verification email. You will have 5 calendar days to return the item from the date you receive our verification email.

2) Personal Reason
If you have change of heart and would like to return your item, you have 5 calendar days to return the item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Used item can not be returned.
Your item must be in the original packaging without opening it.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please contact us before you ship the item to us.

●Refunds

Once your item arrives at our place, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit when your card issuer completes the refund procedure.

●Shipping

1) Defects
You will be refunded the initial shipping cost, item price and the return shipping cost.

2) Personal Reason
You are required to pay for the shipping cost for returning your item. No refund is available for the return shipping cost and the initial shipping cost.
If your return is approved, you will receive a refund for item price only.
